I’m a 17m senior in high school who isn’t sad or depressed just empty

I notice that compared to everyone I just work harder by waking up early for a run before school every day eating healthy and lifting weights consistently and educating myself. But then I see other people who are much happier with many friends and never work hard. My older friends try talking to me but I’m just not as bright as I was as last year .
