Hello. I’m new to social media management and I’m having a hard time understanding how to price my services. I work for a company (pest control) and I’ve pitched them the idea of letting me do social media management for them. We’re meeting on Thursday to discuss how I’ll get paid.
My services include: YouTube/IG/FB content creation & management to generate more sales & brand awareness. I also plan on getting them content creators for them to sponsor in the near future. And I’ll also be making tweaks to the website (including video packages/restructuring information/adding new features).
I have experience w/videography & editing. In the past I’ve only done small projects for random businesses so this will be my first time at a full time position. I know pricing can be pretty subjective but I’d like to hear different opinions on pricing (packagers/hourly/project based/etc). So far their leaning into it being project based (paid per video I create).
Thanks for the help!
