Is it just me but Facebook and Instagram is just really bad a taking into account fake accounts

So this is gonna be part rant part I want to learn what is going on. I am managing several social accounts with a sizable follower numbers about 100k and up and I am experiencing issues with fake pages pretending to my company's official page. I have reported these fake fb / ig pages several times but nothing has been done to take these pages down. Its almost like the people at Meta/Facebook....are just sleeping on their job or that no one is looking. Gone are the days when I reported something and within a day or two I get a response from Facebook that the issue has been dealt with.
