A satirical Facebook page that is critical of Duterte's administration got mass reported by his supporters and is now down.

Translation:
Basically, the guy is gloating that they made this possible, that they consider themselves the good guys since any critics are either involved with illegal drugs (or a crony of the past administration).
I don't have to say that this sets a scary precedent. Pages who are blindly supportive of the administration will proliferate and along them, the fake news they continuously spread.
