I hired someone to help me with social media and they purchased some likes (this was back in 2020). I don't really have any organic followers, just purchased likes, friends who aren't related the business, and randoms.
I haven't done much with the account since then, but I'm starting a new social media campaign for my business. Should I create a new account from scratch?
I would 100% start fresh. The thing with audiences is if they don’t engage then you’re basically better off without them following.
Think about it, you make a post and a % of your audience sees it. If a high % of that % of followers engages with the post, more of your audience gets shown the post. That isn’t going to happen with fake followers because they won’t engage with posts.
