I was wondering if anyone else has noticed an increased number of people within their community expressing more radical political beliefs and expressing their malcontent with our government. I started noticing it shortly after the beginning of the genocide in Gaza as the Western government’s announced their support for Isnotreal no matter how barbarous their crimes against the Palestinians are. I truly wonder if some people are just being performative to fit in with the vibe of my campus, but I do honestly believe that outside of my community, thousands upon thousands upon witnessing genocide and our governments unwavering support for it, they have been radicalized in a sense. I’ve always hoped to see a revolution in my lifetime.
