Like if I see a friend wearing clothes I like, or if they just look good that day. I think guys don't get enough compliments from others generally and I do often feel like giving some out here and there, but it's just....I've never done it before.

Sometimes I'd want to say, "Yo, you look cool today" or something like that to my friends but then I overthink it and think stuff like, "does that sound right? does it sound like I'm mocking them? does it make it sound like they looked bad before today?" etc.

I just feel it would be super awkward. I'm already kinda awkward/self-conscious/socially anxious and don't speak much, so I just don't say anything...
