Person A and I met online but they are struggling with the concept of meeting up because they have a lot of social anxiety, so I was wondering how other people overcame their social anxiety. For some context, A was always moving around while they were growing up, so they didnt manage to make friends. Now day to day, they struggle with small interactions like public transport or other social interactions when acquiring a service. I would like to know what steps others took to be able to handle social interactions on a daily, as well as very intense social interactions such as meeting a stranger from the internet irl. All kinds of input would be appreciated.
