Pet Peeves of Being Socially Anxious

I hate it when I finally start to talk to people and they just feel obligated to say to me "You don't talk much do you?" or like "You're not very talkative.". Like c'mon man I'm trying :( . Happens to me all the time and just makes me feel like talking less. Does this happen to anyone else?
