Fear of going out in public, being seen, crowds of people, people looking at you etc. how did you over come it? Was it exposure therapy? For me my issue is I don’t really like going out to the shops. Lots of people, people look at you, maybe judge you, judge what you’re buying/ eating. I know it doesn’t really matter but apart of me just hates that feeling from it, I just want to be in my own room, my own place.
The reason as to why I have this problem, as well as a bit of social anxiety, eg, struggling to introduce myself to new people, struggling to start and keep conversations with new people. It’s all because of lockdown from Covid. I was so damaged from it mentally, just being in my bedroom for about 2 years. On my screens.
