Anyone had any negative long term side effects from Propranolol or other beta-blockers prescribed for anxiety?

So pretty much i've been on Propranolol since late 2015 to deal with the physical symptoms of my anxiety like nausea, tremors, fast heartrate etc. While i've had ups and down with severe anxiety, it has always kept the physical side under control for the most part.

In the past few months my anxiety has been better than ever from working on it, but in the past week it has gone back to worse than ever with constant fight or flight from nowehere. There's other side effects like shortness of breath, no concentration, tingling in my hands and feet and heart palpitations. I'm waiting on some blood tests, but the evidence is pointing towards a medication i'm on, either Propranolol or Omeprazole (acid reflux ppi).

I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced long term side effects where they had to stop taking beta blockers. It's the only thing that allows me to function with severe anxiety in situations where I need to socialise, go outside etc, and i'm very scared about how i'll cope without it as i've had bad reactions to SSRIs over the years.
