M19 in college and when I walk by anyone around my age I legit forget how to talk and in my head I picture my self looking crazy. this only happens when I’m near people tho. I don’t know where to look, put my hands, or basically what to do. When I have conversations or have presentations etc. I just stutter to the point where I probably annoy the other person. In some cases I have froze up for a brief moment of time which is super awkward. I believe people I know avoid me because I’m socially inept. Any help?
