At my college gym i get really nervous arround girls. I know it is rediculous but im so scared of making them uncomfortable. I do cardio a lot and there are usually lots at the treadmills and i do my absolute best to not look even in their general direction but it is hard when they are all arround me. Im also kinda ulgy and creepy looking and i catch them glancing my way a lot, i assume to see if im staring at them. I hate feeling this way at the gym and it really reinforces my fears that women are uncomfortable with me just existing arround them.
Anyone else feel this way and how do you deal with it?
