I hate potentially letting people down because of my social anxiety. Like some friends wanted to play a game online with me, but I said I was too tired, even though I actually want to play. But as soon as they asked me I'm just filled with dread about how much energy I'd have to spend to be able to say anything at all. I hate it because now I feel like I've let them down and they're going to be sad. They're going to play anyway I think but I still feel bad that they'll have less fun now because of me or something.
I apologize for the disjointed wall of text, I'm mostly venting.
Does anybody relate to this at all? I feel like my brain is broken.
