Does anyone here with social anxiety also find shopping of any kind extremely difficult?

My anxiety is pretty bad and sometimes I’m capable of shopping without feeling anxious but most of the time it’s a nightmare. Self-checkout really helps but even then it’s still a bit difficult for me. I’ve learned what triggers it and it seems that people staring at me really sets me off. So, sometimes even in self-checkout I get anxious especially if one of the employees just sits there and stares at everybody.
Do any of you have the same issue? I would love to know ^
