Maybe I'm not ready but she demolishes my team.

Any ideas or should I continue to just focus on grinding the smaller boss fights as they come. I only made it to about 548 before this boss came out. :/ also I do not have the required mats to evolve anyone. I need a bunch of the 5 star elementals and after they changed the difficulty I can no longer get them...
