Hi guys! I noticed /r/soccer was using MediaCrush a lot more than usual in the past few days and wanted to say "thanks!" We chatted a bit with users who were having issues, which is why I'm posting this now. I know a lot of you were having issues with speed on our site, and the good news is that we pushed out some changes that will make it much, much faster for nearly everyone. Here's a GIF to test it out with, if you like.

However, we are still working on issues with videos on certain phones. If you have any problems, please let us know. You can PM us any time or just mention "/u/MediaCrushSupport" to get our attention. We're working on improving video playback, but we need your help because every phone is different and we can't possibly test on them all.
