Tier 1 Lille source who broke the original bid
Same tired narrative over and over again, United now and from 6 months ago are a completely different club in almost every way bar the manager
It is a tired narrative because it's parroted over and over, I for one choose to believe in the project our new owners have.
His bosses have bosses who have bosses
Our top CB was Branthwaite who we were priced out of, Antonio Silva was discussed very early but his release clause is crazy high. Then De Ligt we have still have the deal there, Ornstein said its unlikely not impossible, its up to us. And on Yoro we’re waiting on him.
I was right mate
I guess my bias plays into it but I believe we have a project now that can attract players and show we’re ready to progress. As a fan who's lived through the Glazer Era, I’ve never seen a more competent version of this team.
The CEO is who leads the project and personally I still believe in Ten Hag, developing young players is his biggest strength.

Everton would probably use the Yoro Price against us since we paid €62m.
Unless West Ham still have that 60m ready for Maguire and McTom, and we get a good fee for AWB.
That probably means you guys keep Branthwaite so fairs🫱🏾🫲🏾
Yeah I would've been fine with Branthwaite but for that money just get De Ligt instead and the guy is under contract until 2027 he's safe for a while
