Anyone else feel this

I have been clean off hard drugs 2 years but i feel like if im not addicted to drugs then im addicted to my phone or im addicted to work or im addicted to sex. If its not all of that its food. All bad addictions. Is life just one big cycle of trading one addiction for another?
