Does rebatch soap take forever to firm up?

Post Body

I'm getting back onto soapmaking after a few years break, and i want to recycle my old soaps.

I used a mix of soaps with pretty standard ingredients, Coconut, olive, sunflower oils mostly. I grated 2lb, added "enough" water until it was all wet, and melted iit down on the stove for a few hours on low. I added 4 oz rosewater and .2 oz absolute rose oil. Since this is kind of an experiment, I just used what I had on hand.

I can't figure out why the rebatch is still too soft to unmold 2 days later. What did I do wrong?
