The inspiration for this scenario is final destination. Extremely unlucky series of events sometimes with the suspension of disbelief needed that end up in an unfortunate demise. This time of me.
Except I'm looking for sex to be explicitly involved - though I don't need to necessarily be involved in the sex. And while I'm really flexible on the exact scenario (and looking forward to any imaginative ones!) I really would like the theme of other parties being oblivious to my quandary to be in all of them.
Some prompts to illustrate the theme:

1. I'm part of a glory hole wall in a swingers club. My position is I'm standing bent forward at the waist. My body beyond my waist is inside the wall, My ass and legs are exposed. I only realise once the lights dim and music starts that the wall has been recently renovated - hurriedly - and directly in front of me are protruding sharp metal supports, dead end metal piping, just a general mess of construction spikes. I need to keep enough of my body outside the wall, if anyone was to thrust particularly forcefully and push me as far in as I could go - I'd be impaled.
2. I'm under my brother's / friend's bed looking for a charging cable. As I am he enters the room with his girlfriend and starts going at it on the bed. I freeze and soon a wooden slat supporting the mattress snaps and threatens to impale me.
3. I'm in a tanning bed. The attendant wrongly assumes no customers are in when she invites her boyfriend over for a quickie in the room my bed is in. They fuck over the machine, machine the controls and cook me.
4. I somehow end up at the bottom of the pile in a drunken college orgy. I'm slowly crushed and asphyxiated as my holes are used oblivious to my struggle.
5. I somehow end up as the insides of a sex doll. Thick latex covering my body, ring gag in my mouth. The first inch or so of all of my exposed holes are latex coated too. So for all intents and purposes I seem like just a brilliant realistic sex doll. Maybe you use me too roughly, or multiple people use me at once not thinking about irritating aspects of fucking a real woman like allowing the opportunity to breath.
