I think I have a fuel issue problem on my 2002 Arctic cat 600 EFI. Hasn’t started in a couple years. Wants to start but won’t and I’m pretty sure it has a fuel pump issue. I took leads to the fuel pump with a 12v battery and then could hear it humming and I couldn’t before. Does this mean I need one
