Snowboarded twice so far. Early in day two everything clicked and I started getting excited over the sport.
Scrolling through videos here I see a lot of people practicing/learning on what looks like more secluded/easier terrains (less people and incline) than the packed beginner hills I have been on at each resort I have practiced at. Is this an optical illusion from the vids?
When do I know I can venture to a green hill? Right now I can traverse down the hill without falling more times than not and is my assumption correct that it may be easier to practice on a green hill at this point?
