How to handle foot arch pain?
Post Body

So title says it all, i have a pair of toe cap burton bindings and get massive amounts of pain in my arch (feels like my foot is breaking in half) - is this a case where a toe strap higher up would help?

Previously on rented board I didn't have any pain like this at all, so just looking for some confirmation that my logic may be correct - or if anyone knows any arch strengthening tips and tricks that would be cool too.
