Has anyone returned anything to The House?

Last October I bought a board from the house and within a month I cracked the sidewall a little and it started to delaminate. I emailed them right away and sent pictures. They sent me a form and told me where to ship it to. Nearly a year later I email them again explaining the situation and they gave me the address and form again.

So I spent some decent money to send it back to them finally. My question for you...

Will the fact that I cracked the sidewall make me in eligible for a new board?

Do you think they'll get me another? I saw they're still in stock.
