I’m 31 and this is only my second season. Today while doing a run at timberline I got careless and caught an edge and took one of the biggest whipe outs I’ve taken all season luckily it just hurt and I was able to walk away. But day and day out I keep reading horror stories and what not it’s low key freaking the fuck out of me and I’m not sure if I wanna keep going with my progressions. Maybe this is something I should have picked up when I was younger…? Idk I’m really in my head about it. Someone give it to me straight. What y’all think. How do you keep yourselves from losing it in a run or letting the fear get to you.
