So I've been looking into finally getting an snes, and after reading everything Ive been on the lookout for a 1Chip at a decent price in my area.

While I was looking today I found this one that has the UN3 serial number on offer up, havent had a chance to look inside yet, but its most likely a 1Chip. One thing that caught me off guard is it seems like its a glossy kind of silver that I dont recognize off of any other ones. I was curious if this was most likely a repaint of some sort or a kind of different edition? It seems pretty barebones untouched with normal scuffs over the years but ill get a closer look tomorrow.

My main question is did this glossy kind of silver seem to come on any other Super Nintendos?
