Useful information I got from support recently
Post Body

I recently had an issue with my 3d printer nozzle and needed to remove it to replace / clean it. In doing so the capacitor’s solder joints failed. I thought this may have been an overheating issue I brought up with support. They informed me that the operating temp of the tool heads and strut arms is 30-50 degrees C. As I have seen a few post elsewhere worrying about the temp you can feel on the struts after even a short job I thought I would pass this along. Also the motor is on an active state when the machine is idle and will continue to generate heat. As North American moves in to the heat of summer those of us with the enclosures may need to be aware of this to avoid over heating. Sadly they did not tell me what the tail temp rating is.

Edit.

In a follow up email with support I asked about operating temperature max for the power supply as I wish to build a sound dampening box for it they just responded that it will reset if it hits 85 degrees
