I noticed a new feature where I get notifications about my friends' posts, but with text that's not directed at me. When posting a story, there's a "send chat" box for adding media. Is this different from posting a regular story?
I'm unsure if notifications come from the story text or the chat box. Sometimes I get notifications but don’t see the story, or vice versa. Also, when sending a chat with or without an image, is it temporary? How do you tell if it’s a chat or a story?
Lastly, when posting multiple stories with different texts, which one shows in notifications? And why do notifications disappear when I open the app?
