Look at that adorable little face! Just a few minutes ago that mouth had a mouse head coming out of it. He ate the darn thing tail first! I was so freaked out I couldn't even get a photo of it.
We adopted this normal Cornsnake from a situation where he wasn't getting much attention. Luckily he doesn't mind interacting with humans, but this human is feeling guilty and queasy seeing the poor little thawed fuzzies he eats. Well, not really little. 🤢
I have a soft spot for all animals. Does feeding snakes get easier? What do you tell yourself to make it easier?
