Are these snail eggs?

Post Body

I bought a bunch of mystery snails to help with the alge in my turtle tank as well as a bunch of ranshorn snails. When I woke up this morning, I found these on the inside glass of my tank. I presume these are snail eggs, but I don't want them to dry out, as they were laid right beneath my light system for the turtle. Is there anything I should or could do for them? I've had the snails for about a month now and this has not happened before. Any advice would help.
