/salmon/ 6hr pellicle, smoked @ 165-180 for 3 hrs at temp, 40 min rest in the smoker, pulled at 113. no liquid added to drip pan. let me know what you think! please! this is my first time not adding water to the drip pan and the longest fan period for pellicle
