Help me pick a smoking wood for dinner tonight

Fairly new to the smoking game, got a Weber Smokey Mountain 18 earlier this month. I've got a pork loin that I marinated in red wine and mushrooms. I've got apple, pecan, hickory, post oak, sassafras, and alder wood chunks on hand, which one would you use or what mix would you use on something like this?
