very new to smoking so a lot to learn. I have had a restaurant for 10 years and I am interested in changing up the menu to add some non-traditional Bbq (more on that in later posts).
Right now I am just pricing our equipment and techniques . Any advice is greatly appreciated. My plan is to purchase an indoor Nat Gas smoker that would sit under our kitchen hood .
I am wondering , what is the best WiFi thermo? I am really looking for something that I could monitor temps with while NOT in the restaurant , being connected to WiFi at home... does this even exist ?
