Smoking a pork butt on my Traeger 34 Pro.
9.5 pounds from WinCo. 99¢ per pound.
Basted with butter and rubbed with magic piggy dust. Spritzing with apple juice.
Put on at 7:30 this morning. Will wrap once it hits 165 internal, then it will go in the oven at 230 until 203 internal.
