Yet Another Thermometer Question

I am thinking about getting the Smoke by Thermoworks.
I was curious about what everyone does when they are smoking multiple meats. Do you buy more than one thermometer (Smoke setup) or thermapens? Are there any thermometers with more than 2 channels?
