I borrowed a Bradley smoker for this one. Set it at 250.

Timeline: Smoked from 10:15 p.m. until 5:45 a.m. Don't hate me, but then I wrapped it and put it in the oven at 250 until 1:30 p.m. Internal was around 205.

Rub: Simply Unique Injection: Apple Juice Wood biscuits: Hickory? Mesquite? I don't remember. Full water pan.

Overall: I found the lack of smoke ring mildly disturbing. Ease of use was incredible. Set it and forget it. Huge F-UP on my part and I missed a step in wrapping to create better bark. 10/10 Will use again.
