So Traeger is the brand I've heard the most about. I'm a complete novice when it comes to smoking food so I am begging for this subs help on picking out a smoker. I plan to smoke primarily fish, but I want my smoker to be well rounded and capable of doing more. More than anything I am looking for quality, longevity and I really like the idea of having an automatic pellet feeding smoker. The fancy ones with an app and wifi lol. I can afford to spend a decent amount on one, but if there is another brand that offers the same thing for less I'm all for it. Why buy a yeti thermos when an Ozark Trail is 1/10th the price is my train of thought. So, for someone who has never smoked anything that wasn't green before what do you guys recommend?
