First smoked chicken

Couple weeks ago I tried my hand at smoking a chicken. Still need to the whole process, but I think it came out great overall. 260-280 grill temp over 2 hours 29 minutes. Spatchcocked it, spread Cholula Chipotle hot sauce over the entire bird (and under the skin) and added McCormick's Chipotle and Roasted Garlic seasoning to finish it before throwing it on the grill. As far as me and the fam are concerned it came out great.
