Post Body

Looking for suggestions for how best to hold smoked meats (ribs, brisket, etc) for several hours before eating. We are care givers for my parents and they love BBQ. All my gear is at my house.

For instance, today I had to be over at their house from 2pm on, not eating dinner until 7pm. I had the ribs pulled a little before 2pm and wrapped them in foil. Put them in the fridge on me I got to their house but not sure how best to reheat them.

Open to any suggestions!
