SRF Waygu Brisket
Post Body
Wanted some input on a brisket. Just ordered a SRF Waygu brisket for a beach trip. Was going to smoke at home and reheat a few days latter at the beach. What do you think the best plan would be?
I was thinking smoke, rest and vacuum seal. I can bring my sous vide and use that to reheat.
Would you cut or leave whole before vacuum sealing?
Any better suggestions?
