Smoked Flank Steak with Smoked Jacked Potatoes

I'm still curious why I don't see a lot of people smoking flank steaks. The result I got blew my mind.
2.45 hours of smoking time at 225F. Finished off with an internal temp of 175F. Low effort but totally worthwhile.
