WWJS; What would Jesus smoke?

Jokes aside, it’s the season of Lent in my house and I want to get into smoking fish to eat or serve for dinner on Fridays.
Any tips on recipes, techniques, equipment, or just general advice? All is welcome. For context I’ve owned a MB 1050 for two years now and can successfully smoke a tasty brisket and pork butt. I’m open to all non meat suggestions.
