Do people inhale every single draw from the whole cigarette

I imagine longtime smokers but I’m quite young and smoked maybe 3 years and I’d say I inhale heavily quarter to half of the actual cigarette, I smoke Kensitas club roll ups but most of my time smoking I smoked disposable vapes, my family told me to switch as it’s better for u lol.
Cigarettes give me a way heavier longer headrush & buzz. If I powered a whole cigarette id probably feel ill for a while, is that normal?
