I did smiledirect club like two years ago. I thought Payments were being automatically taken out... but honestly I’ve been ignoring it since I had major regret, and my plan was NOT successful. I finished the treatment over a year ago and forgot all about it after I got my retainers. Anyway now I’m getting texts saying my account is past due ? From Healthcare Finance direct ? Seemed like a scam but this is like my third time getting this text… anyone else getting it too? I haven’t received any emails which is a red flag to me ….

I tried logging on/ creating an account but there website was acting up. Haven’t tried since. Do you have a record of payments you’ve made to SDC ? I couldn’t even log into that
