So my aligners arrived today and a popped then in right away. I know what the manual says but i’ve heard a few mixed reviews on what to expect/how to wear them. I just have a few questions for those who have a similar lifestyle/diet:
Do you smoke weed with them on? (I smoke about 2-3 times a day, mostly papers no tobacco)
Ok to drink with them ? (I typically have a white claw or straight tequila at home on weekends)
Do you use the removal tool every time you take them out? (Like are you risking having them break if your hands your hands?)
Last, does this lisp ever go away? Lol
I pop them out when I smoke out of my bong (daily) and when drinking alcohol/ anything non water. Unless it’s my last day in the trays and I want to experiment, I always use a straw LOL I’m terrified of the amount of cavities they can cause.
