I am faced with another situation where SDC did not provide any information regarding how to ensure the life time guarantee, like terms and conditions, during any visits. We did not even know that there were terms and conditions associated until I finished my first set of treatment and went back and asked to be set up with another round of treatment. And then, the staff at the remote location could not provide further information, as they did not, themselves, knew about the terms and conditions of the life-time guarantee about whether or not additional fees were required. I find this unbelievable and extremely taxing as a consumer having paid a large sum of money and not once being informed about terms and conditions regarding after-treatments.

For example, it was told to us that after the treatment we would need a retainer to keep the shape of our tooth, however, it was neglected to tell us that in order for us to be continually ensured for life guarantee, we’d have to purchase a retainer every other 6 months. This was not mentioned anywhere at all.

I do not know who else has had this problem or was it just me, but I feel like this should be made known.
