Change Direction Of Smash Attack By Pressing B and Opposite Direction.

Has this always been possible? I just figured this out. While holding a smash even for a tiny bit. Just press b the other direction to completely change your smash direction.
EDIT: ONLY APPLICABLE WHILE HOLDING A WEAPON/ITEM THAT CAN BE FSMASHED
