I missed it when it came out since I'm Android, but the iOS version got workouts! I don't see it on the Android build sadly.

We rolled up our sleeves, and developed a nice set of 30 interval workouts, that many of you asked for!

A button 'workouts' at the bottom-part of the screen brings you to:

• 10 beginner workouts

• 10 intermediate workouts, and

• 10 advanced workouts

You can pick any workout and use it as a template to change the name / text / color / time and the number of sets to suit all your requirements. Such a workout will automatically appear under 'your workouts' and stored on your device, only.

Other than that, we have made Apple Health improvements, and worked hard on the Apple Watch integration.
