I just purchased a refurbished Galaxy s20 5G. As my terrible luck would have it before I even got the case on it. I dropped it and it landed on the bottom left corner and now a small little black spot in that corner that 'm not too concerned about. The screen works everywhere else just fine except for the touch portion, but the touch dead spot at the top center and along the top a little. I can still manage to pull down the menu screen and most of the time it still recognizes when I'm scrolling the page but it doesn't want to let me click anything and sometimes it does start having random ghost clicks but it just seems like there should be some way to make it work. I tried putting the phone in safe mode and nothing. I've even tried to zap the areas with a little clicker from the push button igniters ( As seen on YouTube). I think this has had a small positive effect in reducing the size of the dead spot but it might just be wishful thinking. As the Fed up lady in the infomercial says "There has got to be a better way". Que black and white effect and me shaking my head. Can someone help me?
